SHIPPING POLICY
Orders totaling $50.00 or more after all discounts, but before any applicable taxes, will be shipped without any additional shipping charges. Orders under $49.99, a $6.95 shipping (handling) charge will be added to your invoice.
Returns
Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds may be provided for opened products returned no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund on an opened product. A credit will be issued to the original credit card provided, less any shipping charges that might have been applied on that order. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned products.
Refusal of Order Delivery
If a package is REFUSED, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for the shipment/return of the package plus an additional 25% restocking fee. The customer must e-mail or call us to notify us the package was refused. When you receive your credit card refund the shipping charges and restocking fees will be deducted from your credit refund.
Resending a Refused/Incorrect Address Order
Once you have contacted us and sent us, via email, your authorization to re-charge your credit card the additional shipping charge, the order will then be released for reshipment.
