While most items are shipped within 1-3 business days, some items may require 4-8 business days to be shipped. If this should occur you will be notified by email of any delay.  We will notify you when the package has been shipped. If in the event an item that you ordered is out of stock or recently discontinued by the manufacturer, distributor or Health Food Mart, Inc., you will be notified.
